With my super tiny kitchen (you can see the whole thing in the background), it's impossible to cook. My one heater is barely enough to scramble eggs, so I rely on my rice cooker and the readily available seaweed and crab meat to make California rolls on a regular basis. I've become quite the expert. I can also get my California roll fix this way, since it's my favorite sushi but is not actually available in any Japanese restaurants in Japan. They are a purely western creation.
